Graduation week was a blast, I don't think I've ever smoked so much hookah.
Other than that, my summer has been an emotional roller coaster.
The Upside:
Here's how the rest of my summer is panning out.
-9 Days 'till my 18th birthday.
-11 Days 'till College Orientation.
-Roughly 45 days 'till I move into my dorm room.

The Downside:
My mom has fallen ill. A few weeks back she had open heart surgery to replace her aortic valve. After the surgery, the great doctors at Memorial Hospital couldn't get her heart to start pumping on it's own so they flew her to University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. At the moment she has a machine that's making the right and left sides of her heart pump, while waiting for a transplant.
Right now, she's stable. She's just starting to walk in baby steps and eat food without a feeding tube. If you would, keep my mother in your thoughts and prayers. I really appreciate it.
